Hi all, Happy New year,
I use the Tena Slip Maxi all-in ones, which now come with a soft backing. they are very comfortable and very absorbent BUT....I have been having two problems with them: they quite often leak in the groin area when seated (driving or at my desk for example) and they tend to stretch and fall down, especially if wet but not so much so that they actually need changing. Can anyone recommend a lightweight 'trainer, type pant I could wear over them? I tried a pair of normal plastic pants but they were very sweaty, which completely negated the benefit of the soft backing. They are also bulkier than the old plastic backed Tena Slip so I am keen to avoid too many additional layers as they are already less discreet in my view.

They are a bit breathable, much more comfortable than vinyl. I just wear a pair of cotton mens underwear briefs over the diaper to absorb any leaks. Here is a link to some terry lined waterproof pants in Canada, a bit expensive, but I have bought from them and their products are very good:
