Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.
I started using pull up style underwear about 5 weeks ago because I had dribbles after peeing that just keep getting worse until I couldn't deal with it any longer. Being wet sucks, as does having large wet spots on my pants.
My point is I could probably "manage" with something else, like a liner, but wearing the pull ups [Depend Fit-Flex] is so "low impact" [they're quite comfortable and discrete] that I just do it and enjoy not being wet - both feeling and visibly - anymore. Problem solved. I would think at the very least you'll want to use them at night to get a good sleep.
Anyway, just my two cents to say there are options that you might not be aware of that aren't all that bad.
