Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.
I joined Adult Bedwetting and Bedwetting some years ago for mutual support, having been a bedwetter all my life. Like so many of us there is no organic cause found, after exhaustive investigations, and we soon learn to "live with it"! I was taught to say "wash, go, and take in stride". Easier now that I have years of rubber sheets/pillows/pants and nappies cloth/disposable behind [and still with] me - but very hard as growing child/youth/young adult particularly in communal residential settings like boarding schools/barracks etcetera. So mutual support is worth its weight in gold.....
And all those younger cousins who are dry - but your bedwetting just goes on and on its own way, maybe,,,,,
