hello. I'm a 58 year old man and I suffer from urge incontinence. I used to stuff my briefs with paper towels because of it but recently I've been wearing depend real fit. I've realized that if I have an incontinent episode my depend cant hold all of my accident and I leak in my trousers. Its embarrassing to keep having issues like this. Anyone have any advice/ other brand of discreet protection I should try?

you're going to have to shop online, otherwise you could try getting a depends fitted protection and a tena intimates ultimate as a stuffer for it (nick some holes over the tape portion.

I wear the tranquility atn diapers. Plastic outer cover, with tape tabs. These are a very good diaper.

Justin, I'm normally a 2-3 liner/day guy, after my surgery. I now manage my leakage using a soft silicone sleeve product that reduces my liner usage to one every 1-2 days, wearing it all day and some nights. There's more to tell, but am limited on this site. Advise if you need more info. Fynlee

I hardly ever pass urine via the usual route (I have a suprapubic catheter passing directly into my bladder about 2 inches below my...
