in diapers 24/7

hi too everyone! here's a little info about me, i do wear diapers 24/7 and have ben incontinent for several years now, do to a small bladder/urge incontinence. the diapers i use are disposable w/plastic backing diapers. i have tired many treatments/meds witch offer little or no help for my bladder problems. it may sound crazy but wearing diapers really help me out a lot.

I wear nappies all the time now and have just got used to relying on them. I don't think it is crazy at all. I would be lost and very wet and smelly without my nappies.

Hi Jamie, me too I have to wear 24/7 after a cyst removal. Hard at first to come to terms with but after a while I look at the benefits of wearing a nappy, like not being desperate to go to the toilet whilst in the cinema for instance. I would be lost without nappies now as ST50 says very wet and smelly without.
I also use plastic backed as i cant stand those non woven nappies they just fall off if you don't use net pants over the top, they are useless.

I use the Tena Slip Maxi all-in -one nappies day and night and also have a washable bed pad to soak up some of those inevitable leaks when sleeping on my side. I have recently been supplied with the new breathable soft outer layer Tena Slip but am undecided about whether they are an improvement on the old plastic backed nappies. They are very absorbent and comfortable but they are bulkier and less discreet I think. All said and done they are just a way of life.

I like diapers over catheters. I'm in a wheelchair. I don't mind thick diapers because no one sees the bulge.
