I have found the TENA Slip Maxi to be best. I will wake in the morning not knowing I'm wet. I also use them during the daytime and can go up to 4 hours without having to change a wet diaper/nappy. Hope that helps narrow down the choice! Anthony

It depends on how heavily you wet but the best brands I could recommend are Abena, confidry, and molicare at least in my experience

I was told i average 900 cc's a night. They told me this when i was in the hospital for my back surgery. The abena and confidry are 2 i was considering. Tried the booster pads still woke with them.

I wear the abena M4 diapers at night which are really good. I also have worn the northshore supreme diapers, and the tranquility atn diapers. All 3 of these brands have worked for me. Good luck on your search.

If your issue is with the wetting waking you I would recommend the Confidry it does a really good job of keeping your skin at least somewhat dry. I would use them if I could afford them easily but they are a little expensive for me

Good news! I made some inquiries . Getting samples of the abena in the PE and cloth like M4.And the dry care. Tena is also sending the super. I have tried the underwear at night but had leaks. Im going back to work soon. Need my rest.

Jen - Tena also do the TENA Slip in two more absorbency levels above the Super. These are the Maxi and the Ultima so you may want to ask them for samples of those to compare with the Super.

Hello, I can vouch for TENA Slip as well in this regard! Even though I'm rather not a big fan of feeling dry, I kind of got used to feeling wet, they are the best if you want to feel dry. I'm choosing different products - those that are rather comfortable and make me feel wet, so I don't use TENA anymore, but in your case they will most definitely turn out to be very helpful :)

I have tried just about every brand known. I too am not a fan of feeling wet, nor do I care for the extra large fluff between the legs. It's overall awkward and somewhat uncomfortable. However, most overnight protection is typically thicker.

Also, trying to keep costs down can be difficult with overnight protection. Try to stay under $1.00 per brief here in the US and with a quality product.

Tena is great, I've used them for years. They do lack a "leak guard" which being a male, is almost essential. But, recently, I've switched over to a new product called "totaldry" overnight. They are under $1.00 per brief, they have leak guards and they are PE backed. Most importantly, they lock away wetness and they are very thin compared to most overnight brands. They have leak guards and they are so thin that I forget that I'm even wearing them.

No product is perfect as leaks do occur from time to time, but overall, that is what works best for me.

I've tried alot of different brands and so far Abena M4 has worked the best for me. They're bulky, but the dont feel wet or sag like the other diapers. In fact the seem to firm up a bit when wet. They don't leak, even if I have completely emptied my bladder in my sleep.

I decided on the abena. The dry 24/7 i had some slight leaks. The tena did not come yet. Going back to work monday. So i ordered the abenas.

Thanks I'm all set to go back. Took supplies in yesterday Put them in my office closet. Figured out why the confidry leaked. They don't absorb fast as the abena do.

You should be happy with the abena. I have not had any problems with leaks. Glad you found something that is going to work for you.
