Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.
Wear protection that is the next size up from what is designed for your size. The larger ones tend to be more absorbent. Use Poise pads (the most absorbent) for a liner. Two or three if necessary. Wear your regular underpants over your protection, to keep it from rustling, to smooth the silhouette, and to keep the protection closer to your body to minimize leaks.
If you still have some control, schedule a bathroom break about every two hours.
Finally, in case of leaks, wear dark clothing that won't show it as well.
