I have found that I have to use extra heavy disposable diapers such as Abena M4, Dry 24/7, or Northshore brand. Everyone of us has to find that right combination of things to use in order to keep living a good quality of life. What works for one may not work for someone else. Feel free to reach out any time to talk about this more. I don't let having to use diapers stop me from living.
I didn't know insurance would pay for diapers. I use XL diapers from Krogers but they are really just underwear and I leak on the pads I put on the sheet.
It is very frustrating. Mine is only at night unless I have an UTI then it is day time too.
The interstem was mentioned to me but I don't want to do that unless I have to
