Hi. Im Amelia. I haven’t experienced any periods yet, but all my life I have jad trouble with my bladder. Usually in school im a just working and all of a sudden i can feel my pants warm. Most of the time I can’t even tell I need to pee.

Amelia, don't worry about not having periods yet! Once you get them you're stuck with them for years. But when you do get them and your body starts maturing hopefully your bladder will do the same.

I'm 53 and starting to notice I'm having leakage. I started a new job so I have been checked out but I have been googling what to do, I have been wearing pantiliners and doing kegals because they say this can help. I dont even know how this has started, Can this affect my sex life? can I buy anything otc? Please advise what to do
