Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.
The heat can be very uncomfortable; hope it isn't affecting you too badly. Try to avoid clothing that is too restrictive (but still wear underwear/protection that is comfy for you), and change when you can. Using lotion and powder can also help. If it is very hot where you are, drinking fresh clear water is also ideal; although some people try to avoid drinking too much to escape any problems, it actually helps in hotter weather - having plenty of fluid in your body will help to shed excess heat through sweat and evaporation via skin not covered by your diaper/protection.
Good luck, hope it gets better.
