Embarrassed about Bladder and Bowel Accidents :(

I appreciate everyone in helping me feel less alone in dealing with my medical conditions.
Hello Everyone,
I know I've brought this up before, but I just get embarrassed and feel alone on some days. I also don't know if people see my posts as they get older on here as I didn't see many replies.
I am 29 and have always wet the bed at night and have problems with my brain getting the signal to go to the bathroom during the day. I often don't know until it's too late. I also have bowel accidents due to these issues with my brain and nerves. Even though setting an alarm helps, I still have to wear GoodNites (pull ups) during busy days or NorthShore Supreme medical diapers at night. I've basically had this problem my whole life and got more embarrassed after high school when the pull ups stopped working and I had to switch to bulky medical diapers at night. I know it's not my fault since I have a lot of medical conditions that affected my development. (Hydrocephalus, brain bleed from being born premature, spine/nerve issues) I also have Autism and Tourette's Syndrome, but I just feel like I'm the only one.
Is there anyone else with similar experiences? How do you deal with them?
I appreciate everyone in helping me feel less alone in dealing with my medical conditions.

Hi, there are many of us here that wear and use diapers 24/7. You are not alone, but it can be difficult at times. How are you doing? I wear diapers day and night for over active bladder. I have been dealing with this for 30 years. It does become easier as you learn how to deal with it and find the right protection that works for you.

In 2013 I had an accident resulting in spinal injury at the base of my neck with paralysis from there down, spasticity (muscle contractions and spasms) and double incontinence. Both my anus and my urethra have been left closed except with manual intervention. I hardly ever pass urine via the usual route (I have a suprapubic catheter passing directly into my bladder about 2 inches below my...
