Has anyone else done biofeedback where you try to make a bee fly up and down over mountains using your bladder muscles. It is to help you learn to use your bladder muscles to stop having accidents. Its very hard. Also is anyone able to stop pee coming out once it starts. I cant but my doctor said most people can.
