The best male guard I have found are regular baby diapers. I know it sounds strange but they work better than any other product. They are super absorbent and can cost less than 40 cents per diaper. They also have very good odor control.

I prefer Pampers Cruisers Size 6. I cut the back tabs off and fold the back of the diaper together and place it as far back between my legs as it can go but still have the front where it needs to be. Just wear underwear over them. (Not boxers.) The diaper will hold quite a lot of urine if it is allowed to absorb slowly. Constant leaking or small squirts are easily handled.

This is a very discreet solution for minor leaks.

Since you mentioned that you will leak after urinating and when bending over, you may be able to use Depends Briefs. I usually NEVER recommend Depends products because they are substandard. But the brief and adjustable briefs work ok for slight leaks and small squirts. Since getting a good fit may be hard, you might want to wear normal underwear OVER the briefs to hold them in place.

You can wear both the briefs and the Pampers. Changing the baby diapers is easy. Changing a brief may require you to remove your trousers. Changing into adjustable briefs are easier but you need practice and they cost more.

Get a small bag of the Pampers and give them a try. I know it sounds weird. It did to me too but you cant argue with the cost. Plus they are available everywhere and you will not get any weird looks when you buy them.

I like the Prevail male guards in the day. I find them much more comfortable than Depends. What are you currently using?

im using depend guards and attends for men.. a brief seems to be a bit of overkill..as far as the baby daipers.. thats a possiblity.. im toying with the idea of ditching guards when im through the pack of depend guards..and going with underwear

thanks for the advice..i went with a pack assurance undergarments. they should be more than enough protection..i did this because i got tired of relying on the guards..true it will take longer to button one up and slide it on..but, one undergarment should last me all day I'm assuming

I like the Tena Male Guards best because all the others I have tried feel bulky and feels like I have a wad of something between my legs.

I am using Tena protective underwear for men and like them a lot. They look kind of like real underwear which is a big plus. However they do not fit as tightly on the legs as I would desire and sometimes leak if its saturated or if the "muzzle" is pointed to the side. Depend makes a great underwear for men that in my opinion is superior to the Tena in terms of absorbancy and fitting, but they do not address the design and they kind of look like regular protective underwear, which I do not like. I don't like the design since it reminds me of panties. So you have to weigh the pros and cons of both. Currently I have a few Tena's left and I just bought a bag of the Depends because I had a coupon for three bucks off. They both work for me but I hope it helps.

I know many guys that swear by the Prevail Male Guards. They are available at a good price on Disposables Delivered's web site. They have a nice wide adhesive strip so that they work really well in brief style underwear. They have graet absorbency, are quiet and stay put. Good luck!

I've tried many types because some stores seem to be changing their store brand to copy Depends. Frankly, I don't like Depends because they aren't as absorbent as some others. Plus, the adhesive backing isn't as sticky as others. Anyway, I think Walgreen's Certainty are excellent. Plus, they do NOT come individually wrapped which is just a pain when you use several pads a day.
