My incontinence has gradually become worse over time. Last summer I managed by the pool and at the beach by forcing myself to use the toilet very frequently and peeing in the sea or pool if I was caught short. I have just come back from a week away and this time I had more issues. On two occasions I had been playing water polo, when moving a out I was ok, but at the end of the match once we were on the poolside I had a massive urge to go, I was wet but if I just peed their everyone would see, on both occasions I decided to bolt to the toilets which were very close, both times I barely got the door shut when I totally peed myself and was left standing in a puddle. I have been wearing diapers for nearly two years full time and wonder how others cope on the beach. Are there adult versions of children's swim diapers. If so do they work. Any suggestions? I wear diapers to make sure I do not have accidents publicly, I like pool sport and don't want to give it up so any ideas/recommendations would be appreciated.
