You aren't over reacting but if you are suicidal I would get help for it. It's normal to be very upset but there may be healthier ways to resolve frustration like chatting with others

If you could see a nurse or doctor they should be able to help you manage your incontinence and reduce the problem.

The good news is that you can manage incontinence. It's like any other medical condition in that one just has to deal with it. It is not something to hide, necessarily, it's a medical condition. I'll repeat my note from 3/15/18, which, I hope, will encourage you to take charge. Best wishes to you.

For over two years I have been developing a device, a silicone sleeve, that now may be comfortably worn all day (and all night), requires no removal or adjustments before or after urinating, and allows me to be active, including jogging or working in the yard.
