I waited a long time to get married and am now going thru divorce. I have come to the conclusion that I need another human w/incontinence issues, or should just be alone. I found who I thought to be an understanding person. She was totally aware that I was incontinent as I always wear diapers. But now it is an issue for her and she is not too kind about how she feels, either.Anyway, I wish you luck in your search for another. I just wish this diaper thing wasn't such an issue those around us. Sometimes it seems the people with the problem deal with it better than our friends and family that should be supportive. I'm sorry to hear that especially since I am in a near identical situation it's very hard to find those accepting of this condition and even my husband of more than 10 years didn't understand which ultimately led to our divorce. I too am divorced. It was very stressful.
I have a overactive bladder. It is now under control during the day by medication, but at night I need to wear a nappy/diaper to bed and it is always wet in the morning.

That sounds quite a lot like my situation. Aftre a proceedure to deal with a tumer I expireanced loss of control. There was some ability to hold but with little warning the valve just went wide open. Some time in January of 2013 my doctor blessed me with a foley catheter and the first few days were hell on wheels. Burning itching a jolt with each step and all that. Possibly the best fix for that was to change to the all silicone catheter then after the first two weeks it was not bad at all. With some threats to my doctor I increased the size as from my research too small will be easier to leak. The idea of carring a nappy is a turnoff for me. The minimum I carry now is this little tube with a plug in one end which I tie with a few inches of yarn to my navel piercing and the other end runs down to the #1 hole. With the catheter plugged I can go two hours or so and use a leg bag most of the time. As for dating I can say that the 32oz Alpine bag gives me more time between going. And when I wear a minidress with the lower end of the bag showing it will be good for starting a conversation with the curious or to those who know about it. Then I also keep my bladder from shrinking with my stretching excorsizes. Problem is that some more of my control is comming bace but the catheter is so much of a pleasure now that I got use to it and it is erotic. This might work for you but give it ten days to settle in and no latex.

Hey folks there is site called incontinence dating. There are sites just for this. Even before i came down with urinary incontinence. I could of cared less if the girl I was dating was incontinent. Why because we are all flawed and those who have problem are usually people who are the more forgiving type anyway.
. Bro you are exactly right about the dealing thing. My first wife NOT so understanding. My wife now an angel she has known about this for a while but she has her health issues too so there again she is very forgiving. I find if you want people to be forgiving of your flaw than you should be very forgiving of theirs.
