My husband 0f 32 years past away 2 weeks ago. I am hurting so bad, all I can do is cry. I want him back so bad. I dont know what to do, the hurt wont stop

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

There are no exact ways to handle the grief. It is different for all of us. I joined a local bereavement group attached to a local hospital. I was very beneficial for me. I walked around as if I was lost for a long, long time. It gets easier. I also, ordered a couple books on "loss" that I read intently. That helped me a lot too. I wish you love and peace. It will come.
