I forgotten how to format my resumes because I was helped and misplaced my notes.
I need sites that critique resumes so that I can make changes to them.
What I need a live person to ask questions about my progress writing resumes.

You only need to do an internet search,
"how to format a resume".
tons on info
also search:
"what are employers looking for".
and make your resume specific to the job you want and are applying for.

You must show the initiative because
these employers are wanting people who make decisions and will be creative and add to the bottom line of their company.

make your resume stand out. Make your resume in a different format and put in some "quotes" of recommendations from your last job/jobs.
