I've been unemployed for a few years now due to different conditions I've developed/born with and I'm not getting any younger definitely so I've been thinking on what opportunities I can possibly manage as far as employment goes. Trying to find a job that can accomdate my needs seems almost impossible and I've asked people but it's been to no help so far. Just going to list some things real quick and see if anyone has any suggestions for me to think about.

Can't stand long at all

Can't sit long, especially on any surface that is hard

Have to switch positions often to relive pain

Social anxiety and general anxiety so jobs like sales/calls are pretty much out of the question as well

Other physical issues so manual labor is not probable at all, especially much lifting

No substantial work experience and relatively unskilled as far as employable skills goes

I know it doesn't sound too good but I'm still trying to think of something. It doesn't even have to be full time, part time at least. I've held a job for a month before but had to quit because it was way too strenous on my body. It was a retail store which is seemingly one of the only places that would give me a chance unfortunately.
