I guess I'm new in this group, but anyways..there is a reason why I joined. you see..I graduated two years ago from university and ever since I have been applying for different positions. in my country I can't get hired easily because of foreigners taking over the majority of the jobs. so I tried to work for different positions but no one calls me for an interview! I managed to work as an admin for a while but the working conditions and the environment was not good and it was very stressful because the company was not being honest with me in the interview.
now I'm just not doing anything! I look for jobs on daily basis online and to be honest I am getting sick and tired because I'm getting older and I am starting to wonder if I have a future or not! I have no car, money, or social life! I feel trapped and basically a big loser . and being depressed is not helping at all! my self esteem is low, I'm just sick and tired of everything....and I hate these intruders coming in and stealing our jobs and controlling the job market!

I lost a good job because they sent everyone's jobs to India - I was actually in charge of Quality Assurance and was put in charge of getting the people in India to understand how we do things before they took our jobs. Let me tell you, from my experience, they didn't get the jobs because they were smarter or more talented, I know this from having to train them. They got it because they get paid so much less. People may think that is a racist comment, but I think it is a far greater form of racism to pay people less for the same job, and hire them based on that reason alone. Irony!
Hang in there - I tell that to you because it's what I say to the mirror every morning. What else can you do? It really is a sucky time to be in the job market, but the only alternative is a life of crime lol!
The main problem, however, is that the native population are predominately workshy and those who DO want work, such as myself, pay the price because of Government stereotyping. :|
But, having said that, we could've easily ended up like Greece. The issue about the Syrians was an issue created by America; who expect Europe to deal with it.
