So I applied at a local coffee shop in my city and I'm going on my second interview on Tuesday which is in 3 days. I dont know what to expect or how to go about practicing before hand so that I do a GREAT job. I always wear professional clothing, always smile and look them in the eye, but I dont know what other things I can do. Are there any good tips anyone can give me?? I've never been on a second interview and I have no idea what managers usually ask you. Any help or advice would be great. Thanks

Just be yourself, let them see you're confident ( even if you're not ), and in your answers try to show them how you will be an asset to them. They already like you if you got called back for a second interview, so the hard part is over. If you're really nervous maybe you can do some online research about common interview questions, and learn a little bit about the company. Good luck to you, I hope the interview goes well! :)

Good morning:

Maybe prepare some questions to ask at the end of your interview, (for example: what are your expectations of me if selection for the position?, what's the next step in the process?) Just a few suggestions....Take extra copies of your resume just in case you need them. Also, don't forget to send the a thank you note, if you didn't do so already after the first interview.
