I'm feeling nervous and overwhelmed. I have been increadibly depressed lately due to problems finding work. Finally landed an interview with IBM in Columbia wensday and can't get the lead out for the prep work. I need this job, even though it is only for three years they have the option to hire as a regular in that time and even if they don't it would be an awesome learning oportunity for me not to mention look good on a resume for later. Truthfully i'm thinking about everything i could learn from them about their cloud services and system administration.....nervous doesn't adequatly describe it...

The interview went ok. Still up against a lot of younger competition. IBM would be an awesome opportunity. I was also right they usually hire as a three year contract and then move that individual into a permanent position...not sure if it would eventually be with IBM or NewCo (temp name IBM is splitting up). Even if i wasn't hired on as a permanent employee I will be able to take away TONS of training which would make me more valuable to anyone I land with after them.

About two weeks before I know. I did screw up one question on file security in linix due to my anxiety but hopefully i got enough of the others right. I also let them know I have been out for a while and am willing to learn anything they want to throw at me because I'm naturally curious and love solving puzzles.
