I went through July to early November like this, never went further than 2 blocks from my house to the grocery and pharmacy store.

I have Agoraphobia. I don't work, or do much but keep the house running. You are in the greatest group ~ I stayed home for MONTHS. I fractured 3 ribs last December, and I did not leave the house, or anywhere for that matter. It took me a year to adjust. The best thing for me, is facing my own fears, and do it anyway. Plus, once you get out, you should feel better. Oh, and I did not drive my car for months.
If it were not for my husband understanding ( most do not ) and doing everything outside of the house. I really hope that it gets better for you.

i also have agoraphobia to an extent. (i think)
i am in so much it's incredible.
i'm so tired and out of synch, that is why....
so when i go out it takes tremendous effort to keep it all together.

I live in the country, and raise my 2 grand babies, I have no life outside the house. And a hubby that does not help. :(
