I dont smoke it coz it makes my head go round the twist. I know a lot of ppl smoke it for their moods but I cant get on with it.

Ok soz but you also know that alot of it is hyped. booze is alot worse for alot more people n families.

but booze yes... my partner is a recovering alcoholic... my brother has just gone to prision for things hes done when drunk (and stoned)... my dad was a useless father (i grew up stronger for it) coz he was always pissed.

im sorry but i couldnt live without it! i have been a daily smoker since long before i was dx with bipolar and it definately calms me down when i am anxious! its the best medicine ive found so far!

Only when the meds don't work and I can't get admitted. Then I break into the old garbage can and fish me out a handfull. It grows wild all over the place here, so that's kind of handy. I keep a garbage can full of it in the garage.

I was a regular smoker. It calms the racing in my head, eases the paranoia, anxiety & i'm not so angry, it works for me. I rarely drink as it brings me right down.
When my pdoc asked how i'd been coping without meds i was honest with him, but Dr fuck head went & contacted child services! So now i'm back to meds & only smoking when i REALLY need to

I am a regular smoker. It helps more than any of my prescribed medications combined on most days. Drinking turns me into a person I hate and weed calms and mellows me which all of you know I need on alot of days. It is my Chill Pill

I have gone through periods when I smoked everyday. Now it makes me super paranoid. I become a master conspiracy theorist and everyone is out to get me.

I smoke...a LOT. haha sad but true. Depends on funds at the time but if I've got the $$$ I'm a chronic. Not a puff or two, but a constant barrage for my lungs. Even wake and bake. It's because my mind goes too fast, sometimes I can handle it, other times it's just confusing. The green just slows me down to normal. And on the flip side of that when I'm depressed and super anxious it eases my extreme anxiety.
