hiya, last october i finally stopped smoking, i went cold turkey and havnt really looked back since.....the only problem is that i have gained weight and i feel hellish because of it. I was always about a size 10 and now im between a 12 and a 14...sniff. Some of my friends say that it takes about two years for your body to get back to normal, but surly it cant be that long??? I am trying exercise and controlling my eating but nothing seems to work......has anyone else had any joy with this???

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I am nearly three years down the line now and have reduced my size to UK 14 which is not bad since UK average size is 16. If I were you I wouldn't worry about it. Just relax, enjoy a sensible diet drink a glass of water before each meal and exercise. The secret in this message is drinking water, eating healthily and exercising.
Good Luck.
