twins after singletons

So I have a 4 year old son and a 2 year old daughter and I'm expecting twins in february. I was just wondering from mom's who have had singletons first and then twins after if it's harder with twins when you have older kids as well?

I had my girls when my oldest was 4. Thus I had 3 little girls under the age of 5. Wow! What a wild ride it was, but I have nothing else to compare it to. It's all I know.

I think at times the 4 year old was help, and others it just made things harder....for example finding a vehicle to hold 3 car seats. lol.

The only thing I've ever said was...

Having a baby is not easy, however having ONE baby IS easy. And I think once I became a mother of twins, that gives me the right to say that. :)

I can't really help with the twins after singletons, but I do have almost 10 month old twins and a 7 year old goddaughter who I have been taking care of on and off her entire life. I will say that the experience I have from Zayla's early life helped when I was preparing for the twins, and when I first brought them home. Even now with them crawling and almost walking I kind of know what trouble they might get into because I've been there before.

I think if anything, having had kids before will help you with having twins. You already know what to do, just with two it's a little more time consuming.
