I would really like to bank our babies' cord blood. I have started doing some research but there are so many different companies. Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations and knows about how much a month it will cost for two. Thanks!

I havent found a company that will bank twins cord blood ,except for viacoord. there is too much risk that the tissue samples will be mixed up they say.
It's too expensive for us to afford this with twins. We did it with my son in 07 tho.
The community banks here won't even take these donations. My OB was furious when I told her as she's been sending them twin cord blood for years.

I banked my twins cord blood through Cord Blood Registry. Would love to forward you the info I received! The guy I worked with was so helpful and knowledgable. They offer a discount for twins and they have payment plans options which is nice too.

CBR does twins? THeir site says they do not! That is where my son's CB is . . . I am very confused. . . . OH well guess it does not matter as we simply cannot afford it!! Glad you shared, Ang27RN!

I used Neocells which was then bought out by CorCell in Nevada. It's a reasonably priced company. They can be found on www.corcell.com or you can call them at 1-888-882-2673

Oh, just wanted to add that CorCell does bank for multiples and offers a discount for multiples too.
