and im having twin girls

I was not sure I was having them until my doc told me....and then I realized I WAS having them!

For me, the BH contractions make my belly feel momentarily HEAVIER like gravity got turned up for a bit...and I have to pee really bad. and then it passes. During that "heavy" time, I feel very tight and my belly is ROCK HARD. But there is NO PAIN for me. When I was induced with my son, the contractions starting out feeling like more intense BH contractions (so tight, heavy, but not painful) at first....

Yeah for me it got really tight feeling and if I pushed at my stomach there was hardly any give. There was a little pain with mine sorta like cramps but not very intense.... mostly just tight and uncomfortable. I never went into actual Labor so I wouldn't be able to describe the difference.

When you are pregnant with more than one baby it is always a good idea to have that hospital bag packed early and in the car. You just never know that the next dr appointment might be your last and he is sending you to L&D! I never wanted to have to try to explain to DH what to get b/c I would have had to draw him pictures like a map lol. It just feels good to have it in the car and ready to go!

I started having them really strong and intense around 30 weeks. It feels like your whole abdomen tightens up and feels like squeezing. Sometimes they take breath away but are not painful. And if you look at your tummy you see a ball or two (I think the babies butts). I have been to labor and delivery 4 times bc of the frequency of my contractions but sent home each time. If and when you have them, don't be afraid to call your Dr. or just go in. Good luck, 31 weeks is great! I'm having 2 girls too!
