I was an excellent pumper though. I pumped with a hospital pump only. I rented one for at home. I pumped both sides at the same time. I also used a hand free pump holder. http://www.medelaimages.com/product_images/lrg/MEE001-02.jpg .
It was awesome. I could pump and read, use computer etc. helped with the relaxing part. Also did lots of kangaroo time. I also ate lots of oatmeal and oatmeal cookies. Remember to keep eating. You'll need 3000 cal per day to keep up once you get in full swing. I also squeezed my breasts a lot while pumping...
My boys never did catch on to the latching on. So I pumped exclusively for 9 months...by then I was tired of felling like a cow..lol...by the end I was able to just pump 3-4 times a day and get 30+ oz.
Feel free to message me for any other questions.
Our red haired twin is Parker...
