Hi. I am 37 and my husband is 50. we are in the process of adopting twins. they will be 22 months old on the 19th. I do stay at home with them. I have never had children before. My husband and I have been married for 11 years. I was just wanting to join a multiples group and learn more about twins and get ideas on fun things to do from people who have been there, done that.
If u read my profile/journal, u will see that i have struggled with alcoholism/drinking. Let me tell u a quick sober upper.. get custaody of twin 20 month old girls.. no time to drink.. when i finally do get to set down in the evenings for "me" time i am too tired to drink. I prayed and prayed to be delivered from beer.. i got my prayers answered... Praise the Lord!

Take each day 10 minutes at a time and remember to breathe...the twins will consume you in an amazing way. We are all here for you!
i do not have a problem anymore with alcohol at all! i think i drank more out of noredom than anything else and believe me i am not bored anymore!! my girls are wonderful and a handful!
