TTC after stillbirth Community Group
A group for those who have suffered a stillbirth and are considering ttc or actively ttc again. We know the emotional challenges of trying again and who better to support us than others who have been through what we have been through.
So this is my first time posting in this section. I deliverd my son sleeping on May 28th at 21 weeks. He was my first kid and passed due to a blood clot in the placenta.
So on Friday I toook a pregnancy test and it came back POSITIVE!!! I was so excited and nervous at the same time. On Saturday morning I took another test just to make sure and it came back positive too. So I called my doc and asked if I could come in to get tested(it was too good to be true) So i drank a bottle of water on my way there so I could pee again, when I they tested it came out negative. Do you think it came out neg because of all the water I drank? On my way home I stoped and got the digital test so i could test again later on that night. It came out positive. I have been feeling really queasie too. What do yall think?

Wow! What a whirlwind of emotions that must have been. If it was an early test, I would think the water could dilute the results. You could go back and have a blood test done to be sure. I think that's what I would have to do because the uncertainty would make me go crazy. Best of luck! I hope it's positive! :)

Water can dilute it. They should ahve drwn blood this is the ultimate teller. Also some pregnancy tests it takes 25 mil to detect and other higher than take. I would ask for a blood draw

I agree they should do a blood test, just to make sure! But CONGRATS!! that is so EXCITING. I hope to see that ever elusive BFP soon. I couldnt be happier for you....you deserve it....we all do! Enjoy every moment, nausea and all!!!

Sounds like you are preggo. Go get some blood work for sure.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
