I asw my OB yesterday to follow up on my ultrsound and bloodwork and there's nothing serious going on. My cyst had shrunk in size and my HCG levels are down which means it's not cancer just that I did have a chemical pregnancy. The good news is that clomid worked as far as conceiving went, but it didn't stick probably due to my progesterone levels. He told me my progesterone levels were coming back very low (which I had a feeling about) so he gave me a script for progesterone supplements. I'm so happy to know that now because hopefully it will pervent future early m/c.
He said its probably due to stress and I told him that I'm stressed because I want to be pregnant and stay pregnant!! I explained my frustrations and disappointments so he said to come in as soon as AF shows up and we'll talk about other fertility meds, maybe even clomid again but at a smaller dose. I'm so excited!! I know I can do it on my own but it puts me at ease knowing that I'm getting a litlle help; after all I'm not getting any younger!
