I have a co-worker who used Clomid and got pregnant twice using it. The first time she conceived the first month and she delivered a healthy little boy :) The second time she conceived the third month and delivered a healthy little girl :) If you think it can help, then I would ask your doctor to provide you with a prescription. I think stress plays a huge roll in the conception process, so do things that make you feel happy and good about yourself. Practice yoga, take long walks and appreciate all the blessing you already have in your life. It will happen sooner than you think! You're in my thoughts and prayers - BABY DUST!

Clomid doesn't actually make the uterine lining any better- in fact, it may make it more difficult to implant so sometimes it is given with an extra dose of estrogen. But talk to your doc and maybe with good monitoring, it might be right for you!! good luck!!

Well I took it this month for the very first time and after 15 months of trying. I would definaltey talk to your dr about not ovulating. It can be very frustrating!!

I used it this month for the first time, prior to prescribing clomid my doctor had me track my cycles by taking my basal body temp and continue tracking while taking the clomid. I took it days 3-7 of my cycle and I am currently on day nine and still have a tinge of blood, so I don't know if it will work for me or not and DH had his gallbladder removed Friday, so think it was a waste this month...BABY DUST to all

My sister finally used Clomid after a year and a half of ttc & then got pregnant the first month using it. She had a healthy girl in June.

This is my second month taking clomid, they increased my dosage to 100 mg. My cycles are all out of sync and I have been regular since 5th grade, so this is very frustrating! Is anyone else on clomid? Are your cycles different after your angel? I am ready to give up, think I am putting too much pressure on myself and the stress is what is making us not conceive our rainbow baby! Does anyone else track their temp? We didn't have an issue with Caiden, now it seems like God is telling us something! Hope, everyone has better luck! Loads of baby dust...

bbdoll9267: I took Clomid this month for the first time and I also keep track of my temps. Last month's BBT chart wasn't clear as to wether I O'd or not so we'll see this month. My cycles have been normal since my angel but I don't think I was ovulating due to the stress of losing her. I finally got + OPK today so I think it's working, although I heard that a +OPK doesn't guarantee that you will ovulate. This stuff is all so confusing to me but it's worth it if I can have a baby to hold in the end. Good luck!!

bbdoll ~ I am taking clomid and ever since losing my daughter my cycles have been REALLY out of whack. I wish I could be a little more positive but right now after 16months of trying and 2 months of clomid, Im just really down. I am right there with you on the whole just giving up. I also feel like God is trying to tell us somthing as well. I just dont understand it yet.........

When my husband and I were ttc after our loss, I was so stressed about it. All I wanted was to be pregnant again. It was all I could think about. And it made me miserable. I took the advice of a girl on here who told me that she just stopped stressing about it, and they got pregnant. So, I decided to try it. I still took my temp., but only on days 8-17. I used OPKs but never got a positive, so I questioned whether I even ovulated that month. Anyway, other than that, I just forced my thoughts to something positive when I would find myself thinking about it. I avoided DS for that month for the most part. And focused on working out and not making myself and my husband miserable. I just couldn't do it anymore. And, I was so shocked to be pregnant!

I know that won't work for everybody, because I know infertility is a real issue. But for those who have gotten pregnant naturally, maybe it's worth a try. And for those who have struggled. I've heard some amazing stories of women who were told they couldn't get pregnant and suddenly did. Some people also swear by acupuncture, although I've never tried it. I just want all of us that have gone through a loss like this to have their rainbow babies. I'll be thinking of all of you and hoping for BFPs soon!
