TTC after stillbirth Community Group
A group for those who have suffered a stillbirth and are considering ttc or actively ttc again. We know the emotional challenges of trying again and who better to support us than others who have been through what we have been through.
Hello everyone! Tonight is my first night venturing to this side, and so far it seems very hopeful!
I was just wondering how everyone made a decision on what doctor to use during this phase. Even though my last OBGYN's office has high risk doctors, I feel like I didn't have a great experience with them the first time in regards to how much attention was paid to me as an individual. I feel like they almost took pregnancy for granted and were not very involved. Is it because I wasn't high risk? Should I venture elsewhere, or stick with this office and trust that my care will be different? What have you guys done?

I changed right after my 6 week checkup. My dr was like yours but worse. My dr didnt give a crap about me or my baby. If I were you and you dont feel absolutly comfortable there I would change. I did and it has so far been the best thing that i have done. My old dr office didnt have high risk dr and it was kinda small , only 4 drs in the whole practice. I dont think that I can even go back to that office to face anyone there. They were all so mean and didnt care that I think that if I go back, i will have a breakdown.
I would be very leary of my care being diferent.
