If you're under 35 and have been trying for a year, doctors usually suggest reaching out to a fertility specialist. Even if you just have one meeting it could be helpful in determining what might be affecting your attempts and what your options are for treatments.

If you don't want to do that, I would suggest downloading an app to track your period and ovulation symptoms. I use Fertility Friend and it's been great at helping me to get a more accurate time frame for ovulation.
