My husband and I have been trying to have a child for 4 years now with no luck. We are only 25 and 26 . I am overall healthy so is my husband. Granted I could loose a few pounds. From my OBGYN stand point everything looks " normal". She recommended me to a fertility clinic. Everytime I make an appointment I cancel, im terrifed of the results at hand. I guess im not ready to face what could be facts. Its even harder being embarssed and keeping this just between my husand and myself. We have been married for 5 years so everyone is ready for us to have kids. I use the excuses Im in school so we are waiting... but being reminded daily that we should have kids is so hard. SO I goggled groups dealing with the same issues and this popped up.
My husband and I have been trying for 2 years now, and it's been 6 months of charting my bbt and paying more attention to cervical mucus, etc. It just makes it that much harder when my period comes, because I know we're doing everything right.
It's hard to see pregnant people all around, and couples that get married and immediately are expecting. I try to stay positive and not let myself be bitter or resentful. It's important to be thankful for the blessings you do have in life, and everyone has their own struggles to deal with, even if their life seems perfect from the outside.
