Feeling a little more hopeful today, and I feel the need to be proactive right now instead of reactive. I believe in karma and hope this discussion will give others hope, ideas, and maybe even get a little sticky baby dust flying around. I want to focus on what I can control in my life since their is so many things I can't control. I was thinking about what I did differently the month that I got pregnant since infertility has been a struggle and I feel that the inability to carry to term, conceive at all and miscarriage both fall under a similar if not the same category and I think infertility is a disease. These are my feelings so feel free to disagree, but please keep your post positive if you respond. What I noticed about that month that was the same
*kept track of fertility signs on Fertility Friend, bbt temps bought advanced OPK ect
*made sure I got at least 8 hours of sleep, some exercise, low caffeine intake
What was different
*Instead of having sex on all of my High and Peak 4 or 5 most fertile days which we have done every month for a year, we only made 2 days that month the day I ovulated and the O + 1. The week before and that week we abstained except for those two days
*I didn't test positive at all that month on the OPK and the only way I had any clue that I had ovulated was my fertility signs.
*I had eaten a fertility breakfast every day for a month before I got pregnant. 1 Banana, goji berries (my naturopath told me goji berries or the juice is good for fertility and youthens egg quality), blueberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, honey, chia, and flax seeds (estrogen enhancing) even if this isn't what got me pregnant it's healthy and yummy.
*Made sure I had drank plenty of water, two emergenC packs a day (my body gets all screwed up if I don't keep my electrolytes balanced.)
These were the things that I did differently. I have also started taking a bromelain supplement after ovulation as I have been told it helps with implantation. So for this next cycle before we take a one cycle break I am going to try this again. It may seem stupid but hopefully it works again for me or someone else. If I do get pregnant no more vaginal ultrasounds for this mama!!. *** sticky baby dust****
also if anyone has any naturopathic advice on helping a baby stick and stay or anything else

My 1st pregnancy after trying for 2.5 years happened the first time I used preseed. However that didn't do anything for me for another year of trying after losing that baby.
I completely stopped caffeine and the next cycle I got pregnant. That one end a few days after I got my bfp. But I got pregnant again the next time we bd'd. Devastatingly, that 3rd pregnancy has also ended in mc at 11+ weeks.
I'm still physically recovering from this loss. Not sure about the next steps. I feel like it'd be a good idea to wait a few months before trying again, but I don't think I can commit to that. I had a dream about it last night. I'll probably want to start ttc right away.
I think it will be a hard topic with DH when I'm ready for bd again. He was alone with me at home for this latest natural mc and I know it's scared him.
I feel like the zero caffeine was a game changer for me. Either that or it's a huge coincidence. Hopefully that is all it takes for the conceiving. Now I need babies to stick!
