Hi all,
I’m new to this but just thought I could try something new to boost my positivity.
We have been TTC for just over 6 months now. We started trying after my best friend had her little boy (our Godson) and we thought it was a good time for us to start trying. We naively thought it would be quick and easy and I had no idea it would be this hard emotionally.
My cycles seem to be quite irregular, ranging between 5 and 7 weeks. The doctors won’t do anything until we’ve been trying for a year as standard. But it’s just killing me wondering whether there’s something wrong.
Because my cycles aren’t regular, I’m never sure when I’m due on and every cycle have got hopeful and then had my hopes dash when my AF starts. I’m really struggling to stay positive, especially when people just keep telling me to relax and try not to stress. As if it’s that easy?!
I just needed somewhere where to vent and just wondered if there was anyone feeling the same way?!
I too find it frustrating when people tell me to relax. If we could relax, we obviously would!
Talking about it should help. You are not alone.
No sign of anything yet and yes its incredibly disheartening and extremely frustrating to be told "you'll make it worse if you dont relax" :-(
