Me and my wife are tring to start a family. we have had a few brief exciting moments where we thought we were but it is always end. The last time when went two weeks without a period and then one day i get call. It was my wife she was hurting extremly bad and she bleed alot. I wont say it........ Last night we had a frind call and say they are pregnant and werent sure if they were ready. She heard that and began to cry,she never cries, and say that maybe its not for us to have kids. i know adoption is a thing but we want to birth a baby. I want to reassure her that it will happen but i starting to lose hope too. What should i do

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle. It can be very hard on couples trying to conceive. My husband and I have been trying and year. We're having our first insemination this weekend. How long have you been trying? Have you discussed any of this with her OB/GYN or a fertility doctor yet?

we have been trying for half a year. We want to start a family and I know adoption is an option but we want one of our own. Last night we had another excited moment that ended with her crying herself to sleep. It is hard to see her and it may not even be her....it maybe me.

I feel for you and your wife, my husband and I have been trying for 7 months, it just doesn't seem fair that some people get pregnant without even trying but others like us are doing everything right and still no luck :( you start to wonder if you will ever get pregnant. My husband is going to get a semen analysis done this week and I go to the doctor in late Feb hopefully we will get some insight on what is wrong

Fertility clinic or some medical lab places do it, lab corp doesn't but a place in NJ near us does, my husband was given a script by his doctor to have the test done

Ask her ob/gyn to refer you to a place to get tested. You need a doctor's order to get tested. You can get a sperm analysis and she can get a blood work and sonogram for starters. That's what we did. Although they said everything was normal, we're still trying to conceive after 10 cycles. It's so hurtful to get bad news every month. I'm sorry you are going through this. We have had such a hard time too.

We rearly have sex anymore. This has taken a turn for the worst. Everytime i talk about it she cries and shuts me out. i have no idea on what to do. I NEED HELP
