My BFF just got pregnant and I feel extremely sad over it. Trying to be happy for her but I have totally been avoiding her.
We are very poor and sometimes I feel we are being punished for it by not getting pregnant. (Perspective. We won't be horrible parents just because we have very little.)
Keep faith, maybe you will have a BFP! I also have a good friend that just got pregnant with baby #2. It's hard, especially to deep down not feel all that happy for them. It's just your situation, and it's normal. I'm sure everyone in our situation feels the same way. It's natural.
Sometimes when I am so envious that I'm angry, I think about how I am all prepared and ready too, and look at the person who is not and realize.... I would never want to be in their position. Yes, I would love to be pregnant and I could care less if I were financially ready. But, I know when it does happen, I won't have to worry about a damn thing when it comes to raising my baby. I know those other people will have a lot of stress, and plenty to worry about. Weather financial, marital, or support stress. Maybe seeing that side of things will help ease the jealousy/hate you feel. I hope it does at least!
Halterbroke, you will be a GREAT mom. It is not about the money. and there is more to my BFF's issues than $ and she is a great mom!
