hi, I am new to this forum. My husband and I have been ttc for 10 cycles now. We went for testing. He had sperm analysis done and I had blood work and transvaginal sonogram. All came back normal. We have been tracking ovulation since the beginning and have been doing everything as we should (after a LOT of reading). I just finished my first round on clomid and I am so disappointed, I am due for my period tomorrow and I tested today and the test came back negative. I have menstrual cramps so I am positive I am gettting my period. I am losing all hope. Everyone around me is getting pregnant and this is so painful. We want a baby so badly. I suffer from anxiety and depression (which doesn't help). I sometimes think this is God telling me I shouldn't have kids. It's so hurtful.
. No one understands the pain and guilt and insecurity that comes with infertility. And it's so hard to talk to other people. I don't blame them though they don't know what to say. Sometimes we just need an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on. I know my feelings don't help you and there is nothing else like this. Having to be happy for other women, going to baby showers holding your friends new baby watching your husband play and do so well with your friends or others babies and just dieing inside a little more every time you hear a new pregnancy announcement. and just how guilty you feel about feeling that way. I have no good advise to give you except don't beat yourself up for feeling that way. Give yourself a time limit to mourn and get yourself up and keep trying try and try again until you know it's time to try something else never give up. Even when your running low on hope. You deserve to carry your own child in your own womb.
