Hi, just looking for some support- more to keep me sane and not to feel so alone. My husband and I have been trying for 8 months now... it’s not that long in retrospect however the pain every month of getting your period is like no other! I have started taking pregnacare tablets from my local supermarket - I’m not even hopeful that they will work! Feels a little useless all the efforts. I feel so alone - my husband is amazing support however for some reason I’m blaming myself, feel like a failure! X

I blamed myself too then at the 10 month mark we got hubbies sperm tested and his count was low. Completely surprised. Fastforward another year and we still haven't found any ways to improve it, though even with no known issues on my side for some reason I STILL believe that my body is also to blame.

Its so easy for us women to blame ourselves because of how complex our reproductive systems are in comparison to a man's, but unless a test has revealed something 'abnormal' you just can't know from guessing why you're not pregnant yet.

When do you plan to start testing? Its the hardest advice (I WISH I could follow it myself lol!) but try not to place blame anywhere until you've sought answers. Be kind to yourself, and stay smiling beautiful x
