I found out yesterday I have a bloodclotting disorder, they said to take a baby asprin & extra folic acid,,,,I have had 3 m/c in the last 2 yrs...I also have low progesterone levels...so im on clomid and im on day 15 of my cycle..Im gonna start the progesterone on friday after ovulation....I wanted to know if anyone else has had this..and Is it dangerous??

I don't have it, but I know women who have that have had successful pregnancies. You just have to continue to take the baby aspirin. Wishin you the best.

I have low progesterone and just finished up my first cycle on Clomid. Currently, in the 2ww!! I have a Drs appointment Monday to check progesterone levels, and if I'm pregnant then they'll put me on progesterone then until at least 13wks.

Is it MTHF factor? I was told I had that as well.
THe only reason I was tested for it was b/c my cousin had a still birth and they thought that was the cause and told her it was genetic.
I have never had a problem with it...baby asprin and folic acid are what is recommended.
I have had two healthy pregnancies and my cousin went on to have another healthy baby after the diagnosis.
Appearantly, with this disorder, it doesn't affect the first pregnancy but all the others after that...like I said though, I have never had a problem.

I have had 2 M/Cs this year and am TTC again. Did you have to go to an RE to get this testing done, or would a regular OB do it? My OB doesn't seem to want to worry about this kind of stuff unless we have another M/C.

What type of testing did you ask for ?

so when are you suppose to start the progesterone right after ovulation or wait for a positive test..Im on day 15 and I havent ovulated yet, but I think I do it later than most..but I dont know when to start the prog. i heard it causes you not to ovulate if u take it too soon...
