How to get pregnant asap.

My husband is sterile and only has a 20% chance of getting me pregnant, and I have been pregnant twice before from a previous relationship, and the doctor said it was very easy for me to get pregnant. We are both perfectly healthy. We want a child so so bad. It would make us so happy, and I want it for my husband, because he feels he can't have kids. It will help also help with his PTSD from being in Iraq. How can we get pregnant within a month or two?

if you figure out this question....let me know:-) my hubby is just fine, we got pregnant on BC with our last child (who we lost @ 34 wks gestation) and are now trying again, and would like to be pregnant by sept. b/c I don't want to be huge next summer:-) but it looks like this month might not have worked (AF is due in 2 days, and I think she is coming) anyway, good luck, and hope you get some answers!

This advice is not from my own personal experience, but if your husband has a low sperm count (? what you mean by sterile?) then I have heard of other women doing an IUI (intrauterine insemination) that increases chances of conception because it puts the sperm/semen directly into the uterus.

Just a thought, and I'm not sure if this will address him being sterile?

Try to relax, and unfortunately try to accept that it may or may not happen that soon. For perfectly healthy couples ttc, it can take 12 months or more to conceive naturally. I wish I had a better answer! I am on my second cycle ttc after a miscarriage, and sure wish I could speed the process up a bit. :)
I do agree with ali4, though. If your hubby has low sperm count, you might consider looking into IUI or talking to your doctor about other options.
All that said, try and never lose hope! If you don't know your cycle or your fertility signs very well, I highly recommend either using OPKs or charting your basal body temperature. www.fertilityfriend.com is helping me a lot with that.
