Hi everyone!
So our FET is only 2 days away and the RE clinic contacted me the day before yesterday to give me the time of our procedure: 2 pm. UGH!! That means that we are to arrive at the clinic at 1:30pm (I guess they have to get me ready and in my gorgeous gown, ha ha) and then the actual procedure will be at 2pm. I am so excited, but also bone-chillingly terrified about this part of the process. It is really happening, and while I am staying positive, it is so hard not to let those doubts creep in, wondering if we will be fortunate on our first try, or if we will go back 10 days from the FET just to hear that our bloodwork came back negative. :( I know I cannot think like this, I have to stay hopeful and positive, but we have already had so many instances where we have been kicked while down, I can't help but also try to steel myself for the possibility of bad news. I am going to try like hell not to think like that going into this though, things have been going really well this cycle, and instead of doing my typical method of waiting for the other shoe to drop, I am going to try to remember that perhaps, just perhaps, we have enough karma built up through all we have been through thus far that it will actually work on the first try! Please send positive vibes and baby dust my way! I really need it today! Thank you all in advance! xo
