It takes up to a year for the average fertile couple to achieve a successful pregnancy, and here at DailyStrength you will find information and support while you are waiting for...
Know you posted a while ago but I saw that no one had replied and wanted to see if you were feeling any better now?
I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriage and unfortunately I don't have any experience with taking soy to help with ttc but I do know how it feels to feel drained and worried about conceiving. We have been trying for about 9 months now and I can relate to the feelings of wondering when/if it will happen. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis so have always known it might take us a little longer but like you I'm not sure I could do this for years.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know you are not alone and I hope you have now got either your BFP or af has shown up.

Just wanted to say I feel exactly the same. way and am having a really bad time this month as well. I have been working so hard towards this and have started keeping it all in since everyone seems to think it's easy to "relax" or "don't think about it".
I am on CD35 and no sign of AF and all negative tests so just WAITING. I would be so happy for AF even though I know that means at least another 2 weeks of just waiting to even TRY but right now, I don't know I am falling apart.
Sorry I can't make you feel better but I can say I am here going through the same things.

anya99 has you AF arrived, bet its driving you crazy...i feel for you :( i'm in the same boat again this month... hence my lurking around here! CD42 now, no AF negative HPT's :(
was so sure i O'd around day 19... had ewcm for nearly a week prior to day 19, (then went creamy and more sticky) day 19 i had LOADS of ewcm, tmi sorry. Also positive opk on day 17. BD'd CD's 17, 18,19 and 20, (OH works away from home so could only do theses days!, but was super happy cos thought the timing was perfect)
could it be that my body was leading up to O but then i never actually 'laid and egg' ?? and that's the reason for the missing period?
vicky
Still on CD46 and no sign of AF.
BUt actually my husband gave me hope again when he reminded me of something important. We have AF because we Oed not the other way around. So it's important to keep trying while waiting for AF to come, because now you have entered another cycle in which you will probably O if AF comes after!
Yes, it could be that your body was leading up to O but did not. UNfortunately it has happened to me several times. Everything feels like it's heading there and then, I skip it. Really frustrating!
Anyway baby dust to you and all readers. This is such a frustrating experience but important to know how many of us struggle with it.
