I used to smoke, and by that I mean I smoked up until we started ttc. However, whenever I get a BFN and have to start Provera, or AF comes to town, I have a hard time "Just Saying NO". Anyone out there have advice on how they deal and not grab a pack and light up. I'm having a hard time.
The funny thing is, when I got my BFP with my son, all the cravings went away.... so I know that I'll feel the same when my BFP comes this time around, but HOW do I stay away from those tempting white stick while AF is in town, and I know that I'm not pregnant?

Try to target the situations when you want to smoke and do something else instead. For example, for me the cravings always hit in the car, so I drive around with something I like to drink that doesn't go with cigarettes at all, like lemonade!!!
