I know your pain. TTC 2 yrs. I have PCOS, septated uterus, and my RE said on Friday possibly endometriosis.. my husband sister in law just announced her pregnancy. And now it's all I can think about! I died on the inside. I've been doing rounds of clomid which is a oral fertility drug. No luck at all. For me getting the diagnosis' where great that meant I could take the next step to getting pregnant. I know what was wrong so my dr was able to refer me to a fertility Specialist. Who I just saw on Friday. And we now have a plan. The male factor for us is perfect. Thank god. You are not alone there are thousands of women going through exactly what we are. I had a friend who was having trouble conceiving after 11yrs of trying she finally got her miracle. She told me don't beat yourself up for feeling the way you do. Give yourself a time limit to mourn the child you do not have that is yet to come, then scrape yourself off the floor and try again. Try and try until you know it's time to try something else. You deserve to carry your own child in your own womb. You are a good person. Try to think positive thoughts even though it's really really hard. And that is what I say to you. I know my feelings can't make you feel any better almost nothing will. But for me just knowing I'm not alone in this and there are women all over the world crying over an empty womb makes it just a tad bit more bareable.

I'm sorry, but you are not alone! I have been TTC for over a year as well. My husband and I have just started the infertility treatments. I have hyperthyroidism and endometriosis. Our RE wants us to give Clomid a try first. I completely understand your pain and frustration! I feel like I'm getting ready to attend a funeral everytime I take a pregnancy test and it comes back negative. Best advice I can give you is don't talk to anyone about this who hasn't gone through it themselves. Because they won't understand and they'll say really ignorant things that will just make you feel worse.

My husband and I have been TTC for a year too, and I feel the same way! I haven't told anyone about it and we get constant pressure from his Mom about grandkids which just makes me feel worse. I've always wanted kids and every time my period comes it's a disappointment!

I'm starting letrozole with the trigger shot and IUI this month.

Has anyone else tried this? I'm excited and nervous..

I feel the same. It's exhausting, frustrating, and maddening at times. We've been TTC for a year now. This month seemed like it could be it, but got my period today. My best friend got pregnant on the first try and is due next month and it's hard not to feel resentment. Hang in there and let me know if you want to talk.

My husband have been trying for about 13 months and I'll be 35 soon. When we hit the year mark I completely freaked out because that's when a doctor will diagnose infertility. I've had blood work done and it's perfect but my insurance doesn't cover anything else. My husband has low T but his sperm count is normal. He has been put on clomid for the low T and we're hoping it could help because we can't afford a fertility specialist. Ugh I just got invited to ANOTHER baby shower. I have no family support on my side, don't feel comfortable discussing it with his side, and have a friend or two who know what's going on but it's still very lonely. I quit my job to start a family and have since just been waiting...... Kind of freaking out now!!

It is a hard struggle. My best friend also conceived on their first try! We've had ppl say "when u gonna have one. It's easy you know!" Of course they dont the struggle. It can be a lonely road when others don't understand or know your struggle. We are very private people and honestly i dont want ppl to treat us differently if they find out. Thank you all for your comments. It helps to know you're not alone. This past week i did feel a measure of comfort. I was so tired of cryin and crying and feelin depressed. God really helped to encourage me. I don't know what the future holds but i have hope.

Hi, I'm new to this support group and the thought of sharing my thoughts is daunting. I really don't know how to cope with how I'm feeling, it's like a void, a part of me that is missing and nothing will fill it. Been trying to conceive for about 18 months and nothing so far. I am now on the chlomid drug which I have been on for 3 rounds now, but from what I've read it doesn't seem to be very successful. I feel crushed, I've wanted this my whole life, been with my boyfriend for ten years and have tried to be responsible and wait until the right age and situation and now that we've reached that stage, nothing happens. I struggle to understand whenever someone around me falls pregnant and I cry and cry. I try to be positive but it is so hard sometimes. I found out yesterday that my best friend is pregnant, it was not planned and the relationship is new. and I feel like I've been hit by a bus. How does everyone cope with this struggle or longing for something so much you don't feel complete?

Welcome! It can be daunting to share your feelings but it's also nice to know you are not alone! Reading comments on here has helped me. I really don't have anyone to talk to right now about it. It's hard to confide in others who don't understand or already have children. This struggle is very hard. I have cried at the start of every period. Friends on Facebook seem to get pregnant left and right. Actually the only thing helpin me cope right now is God. I've been reminded of what i have right now. I still struggle especially when it seems everything is working out for everyone else! I don't know what the future holds. This is a pain like I've never experienced before. I have always dreamed of being a mother as well. What will i do if i cant be? I know there's other alternatives but we aren't that far yet.

I am in same boat as you. It is so hard and I wish there was a miracle solution to get pregnant. We are just beginning fertility testing and so far everything is normal! It's frustrating. However I am worried about the amount of antral follicles on my ovaries. One ovary has 15 and the other 24. I feel that's too high from what I've been reading online. Now I am so worried.. I have to wait two months for the results it's killing me. It's so stressful having this over your head and all the questions and worries and other people getting pregnant. Some days I just want to hide away and delete social media so I don't see any more babies or pregnancy announcements ita gotten that bad :( just know you are not the only one. I am 26 and my hubby is 30... didn't think we'd have any issues. We are so healthy and active.
