Trying To Conceive Support Group
Whether you are just beginning your journey to create your family, or you have been trying for a few months, the TTC community will provide you with a group of like minded people who can help. It takes up to a year for the average fertile couple to achieve a successful pregnancy, and here at DailyStrength you will find information and support while you are waiting for...
One thing I can recommend is that when you are feeling down take some time for yourself. Go to a gym and do aerobics, go for a walk, sit and read a book, but take some time for YOU. I never did this before and in February I joined a gym and started to work out 3-4 days per week and I just feel so much better.
Just keep your chin up!
Last month I was a wreck and had PMS from hell - I was so sure that I was pregnant that I took 3 tests the week before AF was due (all BFN and AF showed up right on schedule!)
I've had a hard time this month too, but in the last day or so, I've been taking the "one hour at a time" approach. If I start getting emotional or upset about TTC or the m/c, I stop, take a deep breath, and distract myself. (It may not be the most healthy approach, but it's worked so far for me) Do things that you like, watch a movie, go for a walk, think about how wonderful your guy is and how happy you are with him!
PS - My last cycle started on April 19th also, I don't know what your cycle is like, but I O'd on May 1st, so I'm 14 DPO today - maybe we can be testing buddies this weekend!
While you're crying out the tears, cry out to God for comfort. He loves you, and he is listening. He'll hold you in His arms and dry those tears.
I'll be praying for you.
Today I don't feel so emotional (mind you it is only 09:20am here in UK) I had a bit of a cry on Rob's shoulder last night which helped alot.
Hugs and Baby Dust to everyone :)
