I empathize with the hurt and pain. The good news is that you are 19 and you are in the best age group to get pregnant and have plenty of time to conceive should you decide to use fertility treatments. If it's been 1 year of actively trying without pregnancy, you and your spouse should go see a fertility specialist. It could be something very minor and easily treated, or nothing at all. Stress is a major hindrance to conception so do what you can to relax and stay positive. Keep hoping and trying, believe you will become a mother!

I feel the exact same pain. I just turned 20 and have been with my boyfriend for three years now, and we started trying in February of 2016 so we are coming up on one year of nothing.. I have taken time out of my day to count how many friends we have that have children and we have 49 friends who are pregnant or have a baby and a few are even on their second. 98% of them got pregnant on accident, and one of our close friends has a 1 year old and just got accidentally pregnant again and is going to terminate that pregnancy so I feel the hurt just as much. I want to feel happy for them all because they're having a baby and it's great but I envy that they get what I've been trying so hard for without even trying. Trust me I know exactly what you're going through.

Me and my Wife are in the same boat. We have been trying for half a year and nothing. What hurts the most and when take for granted being able to have kids.

That is the hardest part of trying, is when you see it happen so quickly for others. Have you tried Ovulation Predictor Kits? I had 1 miscarriage, and then waiting 2 cycles and used the OPK tests. The first try and it worked! Unfortunately, that ended in a miscarriage as well.
Also, don't let doctors discourage you if you want to go to a fertility specialist, They may say your too young and that they won't see you for that reason. I am 29 and had 2 miscarriages and they keep saying it isn't recurrent and a problem until I have had at least 3 miscarriages. It is so hard to wrap my head around that and to find a doctor that will listen. Keep Trying and try thing that you can do at home.
